Really terrible experience - Not recommended
Really terrible experience overall. Bought a solace pro less than 6 months ago which has now completely failed as if the motor is burnt out. I’ve been in and out of hospital with cancer so it’s hard to follow up on these issues. Most egregiously Lovense managed to not deliver one of the items I ordered, I emailed multiple times with no response. (Order: 250814814887) So far Lovense have managed to steal £300-400 from me through faulty products and the missing item.
