I'm very happy with the customer service. Heidi did everything she could to solve the problem. I was shipped 1 correct item, and 2 incorrect items. Come to find out, they were recalled, so I couldn't get them. Heidi offered several solutions to get something else, unfortunately there was nothing else I wanted, so she refunded my purchase.
