Shoe selection is great; service needs improvement
Shoe selection is great. Prices are not and I'm fully aware that you get what you pay for. However, you are charged to have the option of a "Free Return" which is misguided at best. I needed to return a couple of items and loved the online process until it wouldn't generate a return label. I called and was greeted by a very helpful woman, but she had to email me the return label. These should be emailed to the customer upon completion of the online return process for the customer's ease and backup that the process worked.
