Avoid! Avoid!
Avoid! There is something very fishy here. After my purchase, I heard nothing from this company. Finally, after 2 weeks, I reached out for an update. “Aurelia Royal” - a Gmail address (red flag) - responds back to me in confusing fashion. We go back and forth a few time, until I requested a refund since the timeline for delivery no longer worked. Instead of fulfilling the refund, Heidi tries to persuade me with discounts and promise.. At this point, I could no longer get the gift on time for when it was needed, so I just wanted my money back. It took multiple emails, but I finally received my money back. AFTER getting the refund, my credit card said the dispute was reversed and I had to pay AGAIN for the product I never received. A few days later, I got a request from Heidi/Aurelia Royal to provide a 5star review on my experience. Absolutely not. I’ll tell the truth.
