Don’t forget the spam folder, since it feels like you don’t care what someone is experiencing with your product or what health problems it may have caused. I can take responsibility for responding later to an email that said you’d exchange for a different size, but you don’t seem to account for real-life issues that happen during your 30-day policy. You should honor your email confirming a size exchange instead of hiding behind the policy.
