Complete scam
I ordered the kit end of 2024 during their sale, received a week later and sent it back January 2025. On their website they advertise 8 weeks processing time, but until now, almost 1 year later, I have no results. The kit status was showing "awaiting quality control" for many months and now the kit has disappeared completely from the platform. Email inquiries remain unanswered. As in many other comments here, they basically stole money. Complete scam, if you want to get WGS, look for another provider and pay a little more, avoid this company.
