Inaccurate Sizing and Unfair Return Costs
Ordered based on the size guide, but the clothes came way too big. The measurements on the website are clearly inaccurate. Even though the customer service was prompt and polite, but at the end of the day, we are paying for the product. Having to cover the return cost for an error entirely on their side is unacceptable and frankly infuriating. No more next time.
