No Rating! Terrible company
If i could give this company a zero i would because they definitely don't deserve a 1! I purchased a wig from this corrupt company, the wig never arrived , we ( the company and myself) were still going back and forth a month later regarding my refund for merchandise never received. They wanted me to do the work to find out where the wig was, I so kindly informed them time and time again I was the customer and I was not going to do there job for them. Its been over a month, they never refunded my monies. I have reciepts ( reciepts meaning: threads of emails and text and bot chats on how badly they handle the situation) of how bad the customer service is and was. They treated me like garbage and stole my money. Im very disappointed to say the least! I can't believe they won't refund my money!I have media contacts and I will be contacting my news affiliates regarding this company and releasing all communication threads to the public and all social media outlets as well. This is very disturbing how I was taken advantage of. Beware of this company! There using us and our hard earned money and our desire to be fabulous to make themselves profitable. We are used again and again to make other industries and agencies profitable. Its time to take a stand. I will let everyone know when we go live with this report!
