If i could give this company a zero i would because they definitely don't deserve a 1! I purchased a wig from this corrupt company, the wig never arrived , we ( the company and myself) were still going back and forth a month later regarding my refund for merchandise never received. They wanted me to do the work to find out where the wig was, I so kindly informed them time and time again I was the customer and I was not going to do there job for them. Its been over a month, they never refunded my monies. I have reciepts ( reciepts meaning: threads of emails and text and bot chats on how badly they handle the situation) of how bad the customer service is and was. They treated me like garbage and stole my money. Im very disappointed to say the least! I can't believe they won't refund my money!I have media contacts and I will be contacting my news affiliates regarding this company and releasing all communication threads to the public and all social media outlets as well. This is very disturbing how I was taken advantage of. Beware of this company! There using us and our hard earned money and our desire to be fabulous to make themselves profitable. We are used again and again to make other industries and agencies profitable. Its time to take a stand. I will let everyone know when we go live with this report!

Received the wig within a good time frame. The wig is soft and cute. It's darker than I expected, however I can work with it. I plan to have my stylist cut it just a tab shorter. I am still waiting on the other hair clips in my order.

I am not good at working with hair be it my own hair or wigs. I wanted a brown wig with grey and Soul Lady Wigs had them. In fact, after searching Soul Lady was the only wig company that had them. After receiving my first wig from Soul Lady I became frustrated because I didn't know what to do with it but after working with it a while I was able to get the look I wanted. I am now on my third wig and I'm very pleased with my brown wigs quality and texture with just the right amount of grey.
