I ordered the Lena salt and pepper wig, but I think you sent me a different wig. The one I have has a lot of curls. This is why I don’t like to order stuff. I’m 81 years old. I ordered the drawstring ponytail and it looks exactly like my hair. I prefer the natual look and love my gray. The ponytail blends with my hair very well. I have ordered so many ponytails and afro puffs from other companies tjhat were returned immediately. This one is a keeper and now I am looking for the right afro puff. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because of slow shipment.

l purchased several wigs from Soul Lady. The first one I purchased was beautiful. However, the subsequent wigs were not. They were not as pictured. They were different. I kept placing orders hoping to get one like the first one. The return policy makes it very expensive to try to return. I had to keep them and make them work. I would not recommend this company or these wigs to anyone. I cannot take a chance or spend the money to not get what I want. I am currently searching for another company that makes natural gray wigs for black women. Do not order from Soul Lady!!!!!

Received the wrong wig. They do not supply return labels so you have to pay to return their mistake!! How is that customer service! How is this even a policy a company should have! Horrible service and the lil pixi wig they did try to send my mom was trash!!
