I received a beautiful full kinky straight unit. The cap is adjustable and comfortable. I was able to adjust it to a nice snug fit. I haven't straightened, cut, and styled it yet, but I can tell it will be as beautiful as my previous kinky straight unit from this company. That unit holds a curl beautifully and I'm sure this one will too. I left a note on my order expressing interest in a different color and I was delighted to hear from someone in customer service who was able to help me customize another order. I'll definitely be back for more.

I recently ordered and received both the Evelyn and Lydia wigs. Both were a custom color and one with a custom cap fit. They took a little bit longer to receive due to customization, but well worth the wait! Both the custom colors and cap fit are perfect!! Customer service is excellent, as I was kept up to date with text messages and emails throughout the entire process. The packaging and care instructions are great! Ordered Karla 10 inch salt & pepper. The back wefts are beautiful color and the layered water wave cut and texture is stunning. Unfortunately, the look is marred by the odd, dry hair used on 5x5 lace front portion. It's a different color, texture and wave. Wear the wig backwards and add a headband to hide the sizing clasp. Take the tortured looking original front and braid or twist it, or clip it into a little bun. Walla! Wig salvaged!

I joined their affiliate program and invested significant time and effort into promoting their products. I successfully generated real orders and brought genuine customers to the project. However, when it came time for payment, they repeatedly delayed without providing any clear or valid explanation.
Moreover, they used various tactics to avoid paying commissions. When I requested clarification and asserted my legitimate rights, they began asking for unnecessary personal information. They then deleted my comments from their platforms and even blocked me from their fan pages.
This behavior demonstrates a lack of transparency and respect toward partners. A reputable affiliate program would not operate in this manner.
I strongly advise affiliates to think carefully before collaborating to avoid facing the same situation. Customers should also exercise caution when purchasing from a brand that operates in such a non-transparent way.
My experience has been entirely negative, and I do not recommend anyone work with this project.

I’m new to wearing wigs. I broke my ankle and it’s been difficult to get to the hair salon. I received my pixie cut wig and received some many compliments. My hair is salt and pepper which is new because I’ve worn a red hair color for more than 15 years. I look great I the texture of the wig and the ease with styling.
