It been more than 14 working days and I still did not received any payment credited to my account. The customer service it not responsive to my WhatsApp nor my email. The guys from the sunway branch has been helpful but they give the same reason waiting for HQ. I planning to go to the Tribunal Pengguna if my payment is not credited to my account by this week. I have lost my patience with this company and this will be my last transaction for any business with them.
