Terrible service
They were totally unhelpfully in my request for a refund due to me not being able to get to Vietnam because of the disruption in Dubai I had to czncell my trip all other airlines and hotels I had booked were sympathetic and gave refunds. Do not use this booking site, terrible service, go direct to the airline You requested my details on your reply, airpaz no. 1032996155
