Worst and most disappointing company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend their services to any merchant. They do not properly train merchants or follow up when there are errors on statements or unexpected charges. I called several times requesting a refund and asking them to correct the issues. Every time I was told that they would take care of the extra fees, but nothing was ever resolved. After months of being charged incorrectly, I had no choice but to terminate their services. Despite my repeated calls, the extra charges were never refunded. I feel that I have been completely ripped off by this company. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this matter.
