What a massive scam. DI NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a cool mat, when it arrived , it was absolutely tiny, nothing cool about it, certainly not fit for purpose. When i tried to return it. The customer service was horrendous, what they dont tell you although it is despatched from England address, you cannot return it to that address it must be sent to GERMANY, at your expense. The mat cost £25, it would have cost £16 to return it. They will not allow you to return it where it came from. They are absolutely scammers in everyway. Please stay clear of this business. Unfortunately your excuses and your sorry this did not reach your expectations bla bla bla. Doesn't cut it. People don't want to hear you excuses. Yes give people back their refund without all the BS about how your reviews are helping you to review how you process stuff. Its all BS. Refund people or you will forever get bad reviews. Reviews carry alot of weight with business. Remember that and learn from it
