I am an extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my order, placed on September 27, 25. The product took almost an entire month to arrive, which is an unacceptable timeframe. Furthermore, there was a significant lack of communication from the company throughout this period. I was not kept informed of the delay, nor was the order status updated. Finally, I am concerned that the website lacked transparency regarding the product's origin from China. The location where the product was made was not clearly stated on the webpage. This experience has been very disappointing.
