Difficult to Install British Thread vs NPT
The radiator was received and is very nice along with the valves however they are a British standard thread and it is very hard to adapt to NPT piping. I have reached out to customer support and they sent different valves but they are all British standard thread. The website does not discuss this and if it did I would not have purchased the unit. For $2000 I would have expected a little more information on the connection and how to adapt to NPT which is commonly used in the US. Update: Hudson Reed customer support is great very receptive to feedback and quick with communications. They refunded me the cost of the valves which made up for the custom fittings that I got made. I had a local hydraulic hose shop make 3/4 BSPP to 3/4 MNPT fittings and got the radiator installed and working great.
