We are very satisfied with products and communication with help service The only reason i give for and not 5 stars is because we ordered 2 watches for 2 daughters, one white the other pink. And we got blue instead thr white one! As shipping takes too long (and we needed watch right away) we accepted simbolic return of some money. Service was fast to solve problem and offer to chose between return and money. But even sad daughter wanted watch for beginning of school so return was not an option. Besides that one mistake products and service is 5/5!!
