Beware
Beware : as you can see from similar experiences this company scams you into subscribing without realising you have for £39 a month whether you use a tutor or not. I did not and only realised three months later that the money was going out each month and they automatically subscribe you if you so much as attempt to contact a tutor. I have had zero service from them and they are refusing to refund my subscription citing small print in an email which contravenes UK consumer law practices. I received no email notifying that I had subscribed and no email before each renewed subscription debit (even Apple tells me once I pay them every month). Complete fraud stay clear
