Customer service is great. But policies should be made clearer to users beforehand.
Customer service is great. They are helpful and understanding. The structure of the basic/automated communications of Piktochart before their intervention should be improved though. Clearer communication with the user through emails on the limits of their account type and future deletions of projects (due to Piktochart policies) should be mentioned and made clear.
