Top-notch service in Internet banking
I’m an Internet banking customer, and have been for the last 8+ years or so. Each time I call, I feel like I’m talking to a personal banker. I get better service over the phone with NBKC than I did in person at my old bank in Atlanta. I particularly want to compliment Ian for his excellent customer service each and every time including today.
