Very Difficult Return Process - Proceed With Caution
I returned multiple clothing items to Kiikio, paying over $50 to ship the return to Guangzhou, China. Even with tracking and proof of shipment, the company claimed only one item arrived and suggested the package “may have split.” After they refused to refund the full amount, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. A refund was eventually issued, but Kiikio still deducted money from the amount owed. Customers should be aware that returning items to this company can be difficult and may require strong documentation and follow-up.
