I found the swatches at the brick-and-mortar store extremely helpful in making a decision on fabric and color, and seeing the different models in person helped me envision my sofa in its space, even though they didn’t have the exact model I was considering. Ordering was easy. The wait for delivery was not! I placed the order in late July and it was finally delivered in mid October. The sofa is beautiful and comfy even to sleep on for a small person, and I hope it lasts a long time!
