I purchased a Q2 combo Aug 21 2025 plus an Extra QIDI box to do eight colors. I received the printer only. After I purchased mine they posted it would be two months before the boxes would ship. This was not foretold until after the flash sale of the QIDI 2. I am now 2 and a half months past the purchase date and still no boxes. I have tried several times to get an ETA but to no avail. I purchased these for a small business I have and I have lost clients due to the non-conformance of QIDI. The last email I received stated that they were fulfilling QIDI boxes for people that pre-ordered the Q4 which was launched last year. This is very poor customer relations for a company. Take this for what the comment is worth, but I have lost a lot of money on this purchase thus far. Kind Regards, Johnny Murphy
