I ordered an Ohio State bell ornament on Oct 20. Email confirmation. Sent email Oct 31…where is my item, is it shipped? Zoe Jones emailed me Nov. 3 offering 10% discount. After two more emails it was explained item was on back order and I could receive a full refund if I wished to do that. As promised, it was in my account today. Zoe followed through.
