Misleading currency pricing and dark pattern billing - SCAM!
I am extremely disappointed with Domo AI. I made a purchase from Taiwan. The pricing page only showed a "$" sign without specifying whether it was USD or TWD. Operating from Taiwan, it is completely reasonable to assume the localized price was in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD 840).To make matters worse, the moment I clicked the button, it instantly charged my credit card without ANY payment confirmation page or currency warning. This is a predatory dark pattern.I immediately canceled my subscription on the very same day, took screenshots of the unused credits as evidence, and emailed their customer support to demand a full refund. I have NOT used a single credit. However, the support team has completely ignored my emails. Stay away from this platform!
