Withheld $4,951.5 Refund – Support Unresponsive After 6 Days My Afriex wallet was debited of $4,951.5 on June 22, 2026, for a supposed backend transaction. Support confirmed they were working on it but have ignored all my follow-ups since then. No timeline, no refund, no response for 6 days. I am now escalating to regulatory authorities. Stay away from this platform until they improve their customer service and financial accountability.
