Dark patterns and aggressive tactics. This site is terrible. They sold me one sheet of music for 99 cents and the next thing I know they are charging me 45 Euros, as if I signed up for an ongoing membership. When I tried to cancel it, they sent me a link to use to cancel and the link didn't work. When I tried to challenge the charge with PayPal, they opposed the challenge, as if their original 45 Euro charge were legitimate. They insisted they wouldn't refund the money while the PayPal dispute was pending -- said they would only give the money if I closed the PayPal dispute. But, of course, once you close a dispute with PayPal you can't bring it again if they decide not to refund. Super aggressive with me. They rely upon the smallest small print that was hidden under the pay button for my 99 cent purchase and then pretend that everything they are doing is legal and above board. Nonsense. It's classic dark patterns. Just look at all the people here at Trust pilot who did not realizing they were signing up for this "service". Horrible. They should be ashamed. Someone should turn them into the unfair competition authorities for this. I had to go all the way to disputing the charge with my credit card company to get the reimbursement. Terrible from start to finish.
