3 of 4 solar panels were damaged during shipping. Within a few hours the claim was being resolved and replacement panels shipped. Jen was a huge help and truly committed to my satisfaction. She is a great customer service representative. My suggestion to Renogy would be to put more fragile markings on the packaging. The items are well protected in the box but will only withstand so much abuse.
