I would give it a negative 5 if possible. They are a total scam. I ordered 2 dresses, (dealign with them from August til now) both returned unworn, in initial packaging, notified seller garments didn't fit within days of receipt of the merchandise. Shipped the garments back to CHINA spending a ridiculous amount of money. Sent numerous emails with their same stall response of "we will review the garments upon receipt and issue a refund". Garments received 09/19 and still crickets or excuses from Futario with no refund issued. So, buyers be aware, they are a shady business and do not believe their refund policy. Additionally paypal has been useless because I was working with the company directly for a refund over the 30 day period.
