Do not buy from this company
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible. They promised our sign in 7 to 10 days, it took over a month to receive it after constant requests for updates. We were expecting an intact sign, we got loose letters that require an electrician to install. Multiple letters didn't work. And the controllers don't work consistently. But, the most frustrating part of the entire process is the customer service. They do not answer their phone. They tell you to text or email, which they also do not respond to. This company is a joke. We spent $2500 on a sign that doesn't work and the company will not respond to help us fix it. We ordered our sign in July. I as I write this, it is November and we do not have a working sign. UPDATE: They finally text me back last night and said that it was faulty installation, even though I hired a certified electrician. This company is ridiculous.
