Our sign is not lighting up and Fatima has not gotten back to us for a couple of weeks now. Please help us, it’s brand new and has only been used for a total of 1 hour.

On the transformer, they can occasionally arrive faulty during shipping, it's rare but a straightforward fix. As soon as we saw this we sent a replacement out to you, and the sign is now up and running with no issues. Stay Away – My Experience Was Extremely Frustrating My experience with Create Neon has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company. Everything changed after I made payment. Before I paid, I was assured that my sign would arrive within 7–10 days. That timeline turned out to be completely inaccurate. Instead, I waited more than three months to receive my sign. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly given promises and explanations, but the deadlines kept changing. After so many delays and conflicting information, I genuinely began to worry that I had been scammed. Although I eventually received the sign, my problems did not end there. Because my sign is an illuminated sign, my local permitting process requires documentation showing the appropriate UL listing or certification information. For more than two weeks, I have been trying to obtain the required UL file number or documentation from Create Neon. During that time, I was repeatedly told they would contact the appropriate department and send it to me. I was specifically promised a response within 48 hours on multiple occasions. Those promises were never fulfilled. As of the time of writing this review, I still have not received the requested documentation. My text messages and phone calls are now going unanswered, leaving me with a sign that I cannot move forward with installing because I still do not have the information required for my project. Good customer service doesn’t end when a payment is made. If a customer has a legitimate post-sale issue, especially one involving documentation needed to complete an installation, they deserve timely communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Create Neon. Be extremely cautious before spending your money. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the frustration, delays, broken promises, and lack of communication that I experienced.

We want to address this directly, because several key facts here are inaccurate and deserve clarification for anyone reading this. Regarding UL certification: at no point before or during production was UL listing/certification requested. This is a paid add-on that must be selected and quoted before production begins, precisely because it increases both cost and lead time. Our records show this request was first raised only after the completed sign was delivered, not during quoting, not during payment, and not during production. Had it been requested upfront, it would have been quoted and included as part of the original order. Regarding the timeline: our standard process is 50% payment to begin production, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before shipment. Production was completed on schedule, and our team followed up with you multiple times to collect the final payment. That balance was not paid until roughly six weeks later. Once final payment was received, your sign shipped within 14 days. The three-month figure includes this payment delay on your end, not production or shipping delays on ours. We understand a completed sign sitting unshipped is frustrating, and we're glad to work with any customer through unexpected circumstances that delay payment, but the timeline in this review doesn't reflect what happened. We stand behind our lead times and our process, and we're happy to have any customer review the order history and communications directly with us.

I am very happy I chose this company to do my sign ! It is exactly what was promised. I had one shot to get my display up and going on time and they delivered. The display sign shows off our luxury handbags from Italy ! You did it!

The sign arrived broken and has not worked since I opened the box. I have had to inquire again and again on the status of the part to fix it or the refund procedure. And each and every case it is a continuous effort just to get an answer and it is always a runaround. This has been one of the worst online purchase experiences of my life.

After my 1st review, Company reached out. Proffessionally apologized and said the would create a new sign to the correct specifications. So at the moment My review is nuetral. I will say it took some time, but the sign was great quality and they are standing behind their product and craftmanship. I will update this review when I receive the new sign.
