What a mistake!
What a mistake! Their 3000W continuous (~6000W peak?) inverter can't even run a 1,500W router. After multiple (3) videos demanded by renogy, they now claim that I am drawing too much for the inverter! Again, I'm trying to run a 1,500W device on a 3,000W inverter. They've offered me a discount coupon to purchase another inverter (3000W is their max size) which makes NO sense. Shocking. I feel stupid for having trusted Renogy. Never again. UPDATE: They LIE in their reply below. They claim they have reached out to me to solve the matter. NO THEY HAVEN'T. They emailed me to say 'yes we have determined the inverter is faulty but you're out of warranty, bad luck, buy another'. What liars. By the way, it wasn't out of warranty when I lodged the claim. Another lie they've told.
