They responded so fast that I thought I was opening up an auto reply email, but it was an actual person who had quickly seen, read, and responded to my need with a solution that immediately fixed the problem. Great work!
Dean did an amazing job. Our site had stopped performing and the cause was not at all obvious. He could have told me to "go talk to the plugin developers" but instead he found a work-around that got the site up and running and gave me the information i needed to help the plugin developer fix the problem. Additionally while we were talking he answered all my questions about our sites performance. What a great experience!
