I applied for financing on line and was denied within two hours. I called to ask what was wrong as my credit score is excellent 790 plus. I was told loan to value was off and I have other obligations. I explained that the obligation was paid off and I had proof also I made a mistake on my wife’s income and only claimed take home not gross. I was told to leave a message and the underwriter will call me back after lunch, I never got a call back so when I called back they said oh sorry she works on east coast and had gone home and will call tomorrow. Long story short after 3 messages left she never returned my call. This place is a total waste of time! I was approved with other company quickly and at best rate. Will never apply here again .
