Calculation Discrepancies/ Disabled Rewards
Great customer service via real time retention emails keeping you updated on your selections and purchases. Products and presentation are good too, I have spent close to $1,000 in 45 days. Thing is, be careful when they have BOGO specials as their website calculator is WRONG! Be very careful and REVIEW the amounts assessed before you complete your purchase! I noticed this within 30 minutes after the fact and texted them twice, emailed 4 times and filled out a form once. That form gave me the response that made sense. I had to illustrate the correct math to them in writing, emailed a snapshot of my detailed online receipt (which is my usual practice with online shopping as I hate to get duped) highlighting the error, which showed an egregious discrepancy of $138+! They responded finally but making it sound like the reimbursement was fulfilled out of goodwill rather than accepting their mistake. On top of that, they have a rewards program but to this day, I cannot avail of the rewards as they show my account as showing 'zero purchases made' after signing in repeatedly. Not sure when that would get fixed. So buyers beware! They do not have a telephone number to speak to a live person. Communication medium is only via email and text message if you allow them to. You need to watch your back with this online store!
