I purchased 2 wands and a pendant. The items were as ordered, but the pendant was smaller than expected. When I contacted Conscious Items about a return, they were beyond helpful, and were gracious, supportive, kind, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. A REAL person wrote to me, followed-up in a timely fashion, and offered options to ensure my satisfaction. I can't recall customer service that was more efficient while being genuinely caring. I so wish more companies offered this level of customer care. They are beautifully aligned with the nature & quality of the items they offer. Truly, they helped restore my faith in people!

Ordered items from Conscious Items and one bracelet had a flaw. Ken, Customer Support was on it and replaced the bracelet with no problem. Conscious Items is very customer service oriented.

A few months back, I placed multiple orders with Conscious Items. Initially, I was super excited to have discovered the brand, especially after coming across a number of positive reviews.
One of the items I ordered was the K2 Stone Bracelet, which transferred blue dye to my skin upon wearing. From what I've read online, authentic K2 does not transfer blue residue, meaning the product I received was likely a dyed imitation. For a site that boasts authenticity, this was a bit disheartening. It's also concerning, as a number of people are sensitive to dyes.
I sent Conscious Items a couple of different emails requesting a refund on my orders. It has now been over 3 months, and I never received a response, even though the site mentions a 30-day full return policy. (My original refund request was submitted within the 30-day return window.)
So, I've since been enjoying several of the other items I ordered, which I believe to be authentic.
I'm not a fan of poor reviews, especially for a brand with products that are bringing joy to others in the world. A simple response promptly addressing the issue would have gone a long way with me.

I have purchased MANY items from this shop and have been satisfied with all of them. I have a dozen or more crystal bracelets from Conscious Items, plus other jewelry and some lovely crystal decorations for my home. My selenite tower lamp lights my bedside every night. I've also obtained gorgeous raw crystals for my collection. They are very careful in describing each piece accurately and completely. When I've had a problem it was usually due to lack of reading the description. The customer service is amazing. I've really only ever had two issues, one about stacking discounts and one about a bracelet which I thought was not well represented by the online photos. In both cases,customer service was prompt, getting back to me within 24 hours, and thorough, working with me until I was satisfied. The bracelet photos have since been changed on the website and I bought a second one! Conscious Items is an A+++ seller and I highly recommend them.

I just received my 6 stone tower lamp, and I love it. It's a beautiful addition to my house. I've never owned a crystal lamp. I also have been buying stone bracelets. When I asked if the lamp would cleanse and recharge all my bracelets, they said yes. I was very happy. Costumers service is over the top helpfull. This has been the best experience with conscience items. A package was supposed to be delivered to me. I never received it. Every time I put on a bracelet from Conscious Items, my world comes alive. I feel protected, calm, confident and ready for anything. I wear them daily and when I’m out in public, I get so many compliments and questions… I’m always telling people… go to their website and look, you can even feel the energy from their page. Every item has been quality, beautiful, and powerful. I have been using their crystals, bracelets and necklaces for a few months now and my life generally has improved significantly. My Selenite tower also cleans my atmosphere in my home along with all of my crystals and other items.
