Damaged product, no support for months
I received my order in damaged and unacceptable condition. I reported the issue on the same day with clear photo evidence. Since August, I have been trying to get support, but the company has repeatedly refused to resolve the issue and insists that I return the defective item at my own expense from Germany to the USA. Customer service has been unresponsive for months, and no reasonable solution has been offered. In the package, there was also a voucher encouraging me to leave a positive review, which raises concerns about the authenticity of many online ratings. Because the issue remains unresolved, I have initiated legal steps. I recommend checking real customer experiences before purchasing!!!
