Holly in customer service is great
Our shower head had some issues with water coming out at a seal. I sent a video to Hudson Read Customer Service and worked with Holly. Holly responded right away asking for some details about our purchase and within hours, I received an email from Holly that a new shower head was on the way and here is the tracking number. Now that is great customer service. Thank you, Holly.
