I purchased the flywheel mechanical dual time. It arrived broken. Emailed Seagull, but no reply. Will never purchase from seagull again

Zero customer support
Zero customer support. The 1963 watch came broken. Emailed them and no reply. It's been 10 days. Now I just have a broken watch. Luckily it's not expensive. I cannot recommend anyone buying this brand.
