Absolute nightmare experience!!!
Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. Wanting a refund for a membership I didn't want in the first place and to get my membership canceled, I've had to deal with them so far for 3 hours and I still haven't gotten my refund yet. One of the advisors I was speaking to, Ateeb, even disconnected the chat after I was jumping through his hoops for an hour. Whatever you do, don't work with these lowlifes. You will regret it with every fiber of your being!!!
