⭐☆☆☆☆ Inaccurate Colour, Poor Quality, and No Help Provided
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a wig for my upcoming anniversary and the product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The highlights were completely different — very orange, uneven, and appeared over-processed. For the price, I expected far better quality. After raising the issue with the company, they insisted the colour was the same as advertised and were not willing to assist or acknowledge the problem. This was especially frustrating given that many other customers have complained about inaccurate colours, yet I still chose to give them a chance. Now I’m left without suitable hair for a special occasion, out of pocket, and with no support from the company. Really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend based on what I received and how the situation was handled.
