Since you Tried to explain the circumstances, here's my side of the story. Delivery arrived within the stated timeframe, however, the flow of information and the status updates are extremely unclear. Furthermore, inquiries regarding the order receive no response. Even after receiving a DHL tracking link via SMS, it seems as though Etoren and the supplier are barely communicating, and no one is following up with the supplier on behalf of the customer. Products 👍 Service 👎 Also they try deleting negativ rewievs and if that doesnt work only then they reply to the rewiev.
