Bookbaby isn’t at all what I expected
Bookbaby isn’t at all what I expected. Their customer service after publication is HORRIBLE! The staff is very short and completely useless.i will go as far as say that they were very rude. They don’t even deserve a star. Printing was horrible. They aren’t even equipped with the latest to upgrade pics or the consistency of printing each book with the same quality. It’s almost like they ran out of ink and still kept printing . Definitely would not recommend.
