Horrible Experience – Refund and Customer Service Nightmare
I ordered a product from Swangift in early September 2025. Delivery was over a month late, and when I requested a refund due to delays and poor service, the company promised it would be returned within 10 working days. That deadline has long passed, and I still haven’t received my money. The company initially offered only 40%, which is unacceptable given that they failed to meet their own timeline. I requested a 70% refund, which is fair considering the delays, poor communication, and inconvenience caused. Based on my experience and many similar complaints from other customers, I cannot recommend Swangift. The product is fraudulent, delivery was late, and their customer service is despicable — they refuse to honour promised refunds. Avoid Swangift at all costs! Save yourself the stress Their response to this review will be the same recycled message they leave on every other review. They clearly don’t care enough to provide a real, personalised response.
