More than customer service – truly exceptional
I had a great experience with Wellness Nest. My delivery to Mallorca didn’t go smoothly at first, but the support I received was truly exceptional. Adele was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Even after the package was returned, she made sure it was sent to me again and stayed in contact the whole time. I felt really taken care of – not just like a customer. I received the product two days ago. It’s easy to use, the smell is unusual but absolutely fine, and I’m looking forward to the results. Thank you for your kindness and great support! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Kind regards from Mallorca
