Unsatisfied customer
To whom it may concern, I have received my product today and I’m very unhappy with the results. The picture portrait was not what I ordered. I was miss lead and thinking that I was gonna get a statue figure. On top of all that the portrait is cut backwards. If you faced the portrait where you can actually read the writing on calendar or what it’s saying, the picture is distorted and it looks like it’s not a finished glossy side. The product is half finished on one side which looks dull and has scratches really hard to see the picture, and on the other side it is glossy and clear you are able to see the picture but unable to read the message because it’s reverse. I am requesting a full refund and instructions on how to send the product back. Thank you Mr. Vue
