DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are disgusting and money making and make their own policy's up. I was unable to travel as i was poorly and my tickets said they were refundable. However they are not refunding me as i didn't give them 24 hours notice. How do i know in advance i am going to be poorly. Absolutely poor customer service and communication. Do not use this company, do not care about their customers at all! MONEY MAKING!
