Poor customer service and falsely charged.
The weight loss for six months was excellent. However, I moved put a change of address and did not authorize a renewal. With that said ,they charged me sent the Rx to the wrong address . A series of emails have transpired and I requested a refund. They basically denied any refund. Then they said you can cancel and get a partial refund. I responded with what about the product I did not receive. No response and in fact they have blocked any e-mails from me. I will now report them to the BBB and any other Departments for failure to provide product any falsely charging me. Stay away from them.
