Although I did not receive the item I ordered, the customer service representatives Jamie and especially Charlotte went out of their way to arrange an acceptable substitute. The substitute item arrived in excellent condition, it was packed very well to prevent damage. This has been such a good experience with Giftsur, that I will happily recomment the company to others!
